These terms apply to all purchases from the TyTech shop and to use of this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is due when you place your order and is processed securely by Stripe. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders that have already been placed.
Customization and Approval
You're responsible for the accuracy of all information and files you submit, including names, addresses, phone numbers, service times, photos, and logos. At checkout you approve your order for production, and items are printed as submitted. Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the printed product.
Content You Provide
By uploading text, photos, or logos, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they don't infringe on anyone else's rights. You give us permission to use that content only to produce and deliver your order. We may decline to print content we find unlawful, offensive, or infringing.
Our Designs
Product templates, artwork, and text created by TyTech remain our property. Buying a printed product gives you the right to use and distribute those printed items, but not to copy or reproduce our designs elsewhere.
Shipping and Risk of Loss
Turnaround and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details. Items lost or damaged in transit are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations and Refunds
Because every item is custom printed, orders can only be canceled before production begins. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains what happens if an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes. We work to keep product information accurate, but descriptions, images, and availability may contain errors, and we may correct them at any time.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, products and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as missed events or lost income caused by a delay.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
